... this months is packed full with exciting stuff, may be because we also have 2 Bank holidays over here...so lots of extra time to use .
I just came back home from a very short trip home, packed with a lot of exciting moments. We celebrated my fathers birthday and we went to see one of the newest "Hundertwasser" buildings which is located in Magdeburg in Germany. It is very quirky and of course colourful, a typical "Hundertwasser". To me it was an amazing location, because Magdeburg is a town in Sachsen-Anhalt in former East-Germany.
This weekend we are going camping with Tina and Wolfi and I hope it will be really sunny and hot. I really just want to relax. We are going to Hampshire, down south near the cost and located close to the New Forest.
walk along the marina of Hamble-le-Rice
at the campside
walking in the forrest
on the ferry
Whiskey 'n' Coke, what more is there to say. the picture speaks for itself.
On the 12 May I am going to sing a concert with the Berkhamsted Choral Society. It was a lot of hard work and I hope it will pay off. We will sing "Ein deutsches Requiem" (in German) by Brahms and also some Motetts by Bruckner....
I hope everybody is well out there who thinks of us here on the ISLAND..........
